You expressly authorize your internet service provider to act as your authorized agent for accepting service of process.
RECORDS OF USE AND ABUSE
You agree to and consent to have your use of the Web Site recorded, including, but not limited to, your Internet Protocol Address and your MAC address. You further consent to admission of said records as evidence in any subsequent action arising out or related to this agreement or use of the files on the Web Site.
You expressly agree that failure to on the part of the copyright holder to prosecute all copyright violators shall not act as a waiver of any part of this agreement nor shall it act as a waiver of any rights the copyright holder may have under the laws of the United States, the State of California, and International Treaty.
